A wise son makes a glad father, But a foolish son is… Proverbs 10:1

A wise son makes a glad father,
But a foolish son is the grief of his mother.
Proverbs 10:1 joy family sadness
Excellent speech is not becoming to a fool,
Much less lying lips to a prince.
Proverbs 17:7 lying speaking

Who is wise?
Let him understand these things.
Who is prudent?
Let him know them.
For the ways of the Lord are right;
The righteous walk in them,
But transgressors stumble in them.
Hosea 14:9 understanding righteousness
