Chinese (traditional)You, O Lord, remain forever;
Your throne from generation to generation. He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God? Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another. I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will tell of all Your marvelous works. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:
Fear God and keep His commandments,
For this is man’s all. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God. But You, O Lord, are a shield for me,
My glory and the One who lifts up my head. If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? A faithful witness does not lie,
But a false witness will utter lies. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Also to You, O Lord, belongs mercy;
For You render to each one according to his work. Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. “Can anyone hide himself in secret places,
So I shall not see him?” says the Lord;
“Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord. Let no one seek his own, but each one the other’s well-being. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. Who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy. Look to yourselves, that we do not lose those things we worked for, but that we may receive a full reward. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.Next verse!With image
