Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about Planning
- Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans. - Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?
- For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
- In their hearts humans plan their course,
but the Lord establishes their steps. - May he give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed. - Plans fail for lack of counsel,
but with many advisers they succeed. - Many are the plans in a person’s heart,
but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. - Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go,
for to you I entrust my life. - There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens. - “For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord. - Do not wear yourself out to get rich;
do not trust your own cleverness. - Teach us to number our days,
that we may gain a heart of wisdom. - As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts. - All this also comes from the Lord Almighty,
whose plan is wonderful,
whose wisdom is magnificent. - These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
- Do not envy the violent
or choose any of their ways.
For the Lord detests the perverse
but takes the upright into his confidence. - Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing
without revealing his plan
to his servants the prophets.
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.Next verse! With image
