- God is our refuge and strength,

Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds. - “For the mountains may move
and the hills disappear,
but even then my faithful love for you will remain.
My covenant of blessing will never be broken,”
says the Lord, who has mercy on you. - He is the Rock; his deeds are perfect.
Everything he does is just and fair.
He is a faithful God who does no wrong;
how just and upright he is! - Therefore, tell them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: No more delay! I will now do everything I have threatened. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!’
- Look straight ahead,
and fix your eyes on what lies before you. - He will cover you with his feathers.
He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection. - For who is God except the Lord?
Who but our God is a solid rock? - The grass withers and the flowers fade,
but the word of our God stands forever. - Lord, don’t hold back your tender mercies from me.
Let your unfailing love and faithfulness always protect me. - Let your unfailing love surround us, Lord,
for our hope is in you alone.
