Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about Safety
- But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid? - Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.” - God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble. - You are my hiding place;
you will protect me from trouble
and surround me with songs of deliverance. - In peace I will lie down and sleep,
for you alone, Lord,
make me dwell in safety. - The Lord is good,
a refuge in times of trouble.
He cares for those who trust in him. - Cast your cares on the Lord
and he will sustain you;
he will never let
the righteous be shaken. - He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. - The prudent see danger and take refuge,
but the simple keep going and pay the penalty. - You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you. - Whoever walks in integrity walks securely,
but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out. - My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.
- The Lord will vindicate me;
your love, Lord, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands. - So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.
- It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in humans. - I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.
- The name of the Lord is a fortified tower;
the righteous run to it and are safe. - Truly he is my rock and my salvation;
he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. - Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. - The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble. - Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
even then I will be confident. - Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
- Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
- Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed;
save me and I will be saved,
for you are the one I praise.
Sing to God, sing in praise of his name,
extol him who rides on the clouds;
rejoice before him—his name is the Lord.
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows,
is God in his holy dwelling.See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”Next verse!With image
