- Blessed are the pure in heart:

for they shall be comforted. - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.
- But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord. - Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake:
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

- The memory of the just is blessed:
but the name of the wicked shall rot. - Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.
- And therefore will the Lord wait,
that he may be gracious unto you,
and therefore will he be exalted,
that he may have mercy upon you:
for the Lord is a God of judgment:
blessed are all they that wait for him. - Blessed is the man
that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.Who is this King of glory?
