- And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, “Drink of it, all of you, for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”

but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence. - Open your mouth, judge righteously,
defend the rights of the poor and needy. - He loves righteousness and justice;
the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord. - Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the blameless,
but destruction to evildoers. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;
fools despise wisdom and instruction. - But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
