From my distress I called upon the Lord; The Lord answered me and put me in an open space.Out of my distress I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free.
The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The heart is more deceitful than all else And is desperately sick; Who can understand it? I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, To give to each person according to his ways, According to the results of his deeds.The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? “I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”
Turn to my rebuke, Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you.
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is comfortable, and My burden is light.Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.
“If you do not listen, and if you do not take it to heart to give honor to My name,” says the Lord of armies, “then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings; and indeed, I have cursed them already, because you are not taking it to heart.”If you will not listen, if you will not take it to heart to give honor to my name, says the Lord of hosts, then I will send the curse upon you and I will curse your blessings. Indeed, I have already cursed them, because you do not lay it to heart.
Abba! Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; yet not what I will, but what You will.Abba, Father, all things are possible for you. Remove this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will.
Even if the fig tree does not blossom, And there is no fruit on the vines, If the yield of the olive fails, And the fields produce no food, Even if the flock disappears from the fold, And there are no cattle in the stalls, Yet I will triumph in the Lord, I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation.
Blessed are those who comply with His testimonies, And seek Him with all their heart.Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart.
Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord.Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!

And the Lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
Many plans are in a person’s heart, But the advice of the Lord will stand.Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.
Take care, brothers and sisters, that there will not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God.Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God.
For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
And He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”
Go then, eat your bread in happiness, and drink your wine with a cheerful heart; for God has already approved your works.Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a merry heart, for God has already approved what you do.
“Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “Return to Me with all your heart, And with fasting, weeping, and mourning.”“Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.”
But those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap, and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge people into ruin and destruction.But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.
And the congregation of those who believed were of one heart and soul; and not one of them claimed that anything belonging to him was his own, but all things were common property to them.Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common.
Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil.Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil.
So remove sorrow from your heart and keep pain away from your body, because childhood and the prime of life are fleeting.Remove vexation from your heart, and put away pain from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.
