for in you I take refuge. - But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
- We love because He first loved us.
- This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.
- For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
