So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one.
But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children.
Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.
Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.To our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.
And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses.And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families.

For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried.
Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.
Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!
