- I love the Lord, because he has heard

my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
because he has dealt bountifully with me. - For so the Lord has commanded us, saying,
‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles,
that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’ - His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence.
- These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
- The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.
- If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.
- But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
- As far as the east is from the west,
so far does he remove our transgressions from us. - Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
