Chinese (traditional)- Better is little with the fear of the Lord
than great treasure and trouble therewith. - By the word of the Lord were the heavens made;
and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. - Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
- The face of the Lord is against them that do evil,
to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. - For whoso findeth me findeth life,
and shall obtain favour of the Lord. - The law of the Lord is perfect,
converting the soul:
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple. - The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes. - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.
- And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
- Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing,
and obtaineth favour of the Lord. - And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
- The fear of the Lord is to hate evil:
pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way,
and the froward mouth, do I hate. - Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
- There are many devices in a man's heart;
nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand. - This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
- Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
- And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us:
and establish thou the work of our hands upon us;
yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. - For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
- Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.
- As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. - As for God, his way is perfect;
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom:
a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:
his praise endureth for ever. - And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- But I will sacrifice unto thee
with the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay that that I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord.
And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.Next verse!With image
