- In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
- I hasten and do not delay
to keep your commandments. - If you turn at my reproof,

I will make my words known to you. - I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? - I have not departed from the commandment of his lips;
I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my portion of food. - I cried to him with my mouth,
and high praise was on my tongue. - “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“therefore I will hope in him.” - I ate no delicacies, no meat or wine entered my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, for the full three weeks.
- I, I am he who comforts you;
who are you that you are afraid of man who dies,
of the son of man who is made like grass. - If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
- Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
