Those who follow evil paths will be destroyed,
and the children of the wicked will be cut off. - He who called you is holy. Therefore, be holy yourselves in all your conduct. For Scripture says, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
- The righteous is remembered with blessings,
but the name of the wicked fades away. - Wives, be subject to your husbands as you are to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, just as Christ is the head of the Church, the body of which he is the Savior.
