- It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.

and with your glory all the day. - Can a woman forget her nursing child,
that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb?
Even these may forget,
yet I will not forget you.
Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;
your walls are continually before me. - For I will be merciful toward their iniquities,
and I will remember their sins no more. - You have given me the shield of your salvation,
and your right hand supported me,
and your gentleness made me great.
You gave a wide place for my steps under me,
and my feet did not slip. - It does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
- And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever.
- He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.
- How I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house.
- But he knows the way that I take;
when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.
My foot has held fast to his steps;
I have kept his way and have not turned aside. - For the Lord God does nothing
without revealing his secret
to his servants the prophets. - And a highway shall be there,
and it shall be called the Way of Holiness;
the unclean shall not pass over it.
It shall belong to those who walk on the way;
even if they are fools, they shall not go astray. - So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.
- Therefore you are great, O Lord God. For there is none like you, and there is no God besides you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.
- Remove far from me falsehood and lying;
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with the food that is needful for me. - To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
- Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
- Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
- Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful.
- For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
- For the Lord loves justice;
he will not forsake his saints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
