- No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.

for those who love him.” - Instead, I want to see a mighty flood of justice,
an endless river of righteous living. - No one lights a lamp and then covers it with a bowl or hides it under a bed. A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light can be seen by all who enter the house.
- And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
- Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.
- So the Word became human and made his home among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the Father’s one and only Son.
- So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.
- Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness
while I am here in the land of the living. - Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
