| Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised. | Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but the woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. |
| The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. | The upright are guarded by their integrity; the treacherous are destroyed by their own duplicity. |
