to prevent them from toppling.
Like scarecrows in a cucumber field
they are unable to speak,
and they must be carried from place to place
since they cannot walk.
Do not be afraid of them,
for they can do no harm,
nor do they have any power to do good. - The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all.

- God abides in anyone who acknowledges

Christ Jesus, himself a man. - Hence, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.
- And every tongue should proclaim
to the glory of God the Father:
Jesus Christ is Lord. - “Peace be with you,” Jesus said to them again.
“As the Father has sent me,
so I send you.” - For I resolved that, while I was with you, I would know nothing except Jesus Christ—and him crucified.
- From that day forward Jesus began to proclaim the message: “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is close at hand.”
- I press on toward the finishing line to win the heavenly prize to which God has called me in Christ Jesus.
- Jesus then said,
“I will remain with you
only for a short time longer,
and then I shall return
to him who sent me.” - And eternal life is this:
to know you,
the only true God,
and the one you have sent,
Jesus Christ. - Jesus replied,
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father
except through me.”
