  • When I fed them, they were satisfied;
    they were satisfied, and their heart was proud;
    therefore they forgot me.
  • Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots to divide his clothing.

    they have to be carried,
    for they cannot walk.
    Do not be afraid of them,
    for they cannot do evil,
    nor is it in them to do good.
  • But when they saw him walking on the sea, they thought it was a ghost and cried out; for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart, it is I; do not be afraid.”
  • Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off.
  • They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, and after twisting some thorns into a crown, they put it on his head. They put a reed in his right hand and knelt before him and mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
