- For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

O God, thou wilt not despise. - Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
- Teach me to do thy will;
for thou art my God:
thy spirit is good;
lead me into the land of uprightness. - And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
- Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
- Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the Lord thy God hath commanded thee. Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou.
- And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
- And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. - My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord;
in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. - And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.
- But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
- Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord:
let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. - Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the Lord thy God chasteneth thee.
- And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
- Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.
- He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. - Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
- Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
