- Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
- But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.
- When they had pasture, they were filled;
They were filled and their heart was exalted;
Therefore they forgot Me. - And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.

And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. - And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
- For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.
- When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
- But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
- For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.
- There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling.
- Before the mountains were brought forth,
Or ever You had formed the earth and the world,
Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God. - In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
- All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
- And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.”
- Do not say,
“Why were the former days better than these?”
For you do not inquire wisely concerning this. - And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
- For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
- And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
- God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
- For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
