Chinese (traditional)- Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses;
for they have been ever of old.
Remember not the sins of my youth,
nor my transgressions:
according to thy mercy remember thou me
for thy goodness' sake, O Lord. - For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
- Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
- For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
- Blessed is he
whose transgression is forgiven,
whose sin is covered. - So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
- For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
- The memory of the just is blessed:
but the name of the wicked shall rot. - Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
- Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.
- The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
- And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing.
- What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
- Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
- There is a way which seemeth right unto a man,
but the end thereof are the ways of death. - For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
- He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
- This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
- Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
- For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
- And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.
- In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin:
but he that refraineth his lips is wise. - Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
- But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
- For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand for ever. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.Next verse! With image
