But I will sacrifice unto thee
with the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay that that I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord. Except the Lord build the house,
they labour in vain that build it:
except the Lord keep the city,
the watchman waketh but in vain. Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering. Grant thee according to thine own heart,
and fulfil all thy counsel. Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord;
and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you:
for I am merciful, saith the Lord,
and I will not keep anger for ever. Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him,
upon them that hope in his mercy. Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. The integrity of the upright shall guide them:
but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them. But they that wait upon the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run, and not be weary;
and they shall walk, and not faint. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts,
cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you. Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all. Train up a child in the way he should go:
and when he is old, he will not depart from it. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance. The wicked worketh a deceitful work:
but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.Next verse!With image
