Chinese (traditional)Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. Jesus looked at them and said, “With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.” So teach us to number our days
that we may get a heart of wisdom. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple. Wealth gained hastily will dwindle,
but whoever gathers little by little will increase it. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ. Though an army encamp against me,
my heart shall not fear;
though war arise against me,
yet I will be confident. Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. Remove vexation from your heart, and put away pain from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity. Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.” Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they shall see God. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me;
your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. Riches do not profit in the day of wrath,
but righteousness delivers from death. For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous. But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall. I will bless the Lord at all times;
his praise shall continually be in my mouth. But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life. But as for me, I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
my God will hear me. It is an honor for a man to keep aloof from strife,
but every fool will be quarreling. Learn to do good;
seek justice,
correct oppression;
bring justice to the fatherless,
plead the widow's cause. And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. The Lord is righteous in all his ways
and kind in all his works. And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”
