Chinese (traditional)Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. Yea, in the way of thy judgments,
O Lord, have we waited for thee;
the desire of our soul is to thy name,
and to the remembrance of thee. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord:
let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth. According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me. And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. My soul, wait thou only upon God;
for my expectation is from him. Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. The desire of a man is his kindness:
and a poor man is better than a liar. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. With my whole heart have I sought thee:
O let me not wander from thy commandments. Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity. But he knoweth the way that I take:
when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
My foot hath held his steps,
his way have I kept, and not declined. Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls? Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children. The law of the Lord is perfect,
converting the soul:
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple. Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Hatred stirreth up strifes:
but love covereth all sins. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. A fool despiseth his father's instruction:
but he that regardeth reproof is prudent. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore.Next verse!With image
