Chinese (traditional)- Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance.
- Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God. - “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
- A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
- The Sovereign Lord is my strength;
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to tread on the heights. - Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers. - For the Lord your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will rule over many nations but none will rule over you.
- May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
- I will make them and the places surrounding my hill a blessing. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing.
- You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.
- May God bless us still,
so that all the ends of the earth will fear him. - Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the Lord and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones. - Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God. - The Lord gives strength to his people;
the Lord blesses his people with peace. - Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
- He who finds a wife finds what is good
and receives favor from the Lord. - Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
- I will extol the Lord at all times;
his praise will always be on my lips. - For the Lord takes delight in his people;
he crowns the humble with victory. - From the Lord comes deliverance.
May your blessing be on your people. - Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
- The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.
- Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
- Blessings crown the head of the righteous,
but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked. - Observe what the Lord your God requires: Walk in obedience to him, and keep his decrees and commands, his laws and regulations, as written in the Law of Moses. Do this so that you may prosper in all you do and wherever you go.
And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?Who is he, this King of glory?
The Lord Almighty—
he is the King of glory. Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfulness
you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago.Next verse!With image
