- But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
- Be still, and know that I am God:
I will be exalted among the heathen,
I will be exalted in the earth. - Before the mountains were brought forth,
or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world,
even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God. - For who is God save the Lord?
or who is a rock save our God? - God shall bless us;
and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. - And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
- Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
- The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger:
but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
- This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
- Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord.
- O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
- And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
- Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
- Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him,
upon them that hope in his mercy. - As the hart panteth after the water brooks,
so panteth my soul after thee, O God. - And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
- The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
- Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever;
thy throne from generation to generation. - Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
- Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord.
- But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
- God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
- Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
- Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.Next verse!With image
