| Yahweh’s name is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe. | The name of the Lord is a tower of strength; the upright man runs to it and finds refuge. |

Does he speak and then not act, does he promise and then not fulfill it? |
| Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another. | Beloved, since God loved us so much, we should love one another. |
| “Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I can’t see him?” says Yahweh. “Don’t I fill heaven and earth?” says Yahweh. | Can someone hide in a secret place so that I cannot see him? Do I not fill heaven and earth? |
| God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them. | God created mankind in his image, in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them. |
| But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. | However, God has revealed these things to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit explores everything, even the depths of God. |
| Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance. | Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage. |
