- Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
- The one who gets wisdom loves life;
the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper. - Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun. - Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
- For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.

- Give careful thought to the paths for your feet

- Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?
