Chinese (traditional)- Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts,
cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. - The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes. - Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come: That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.
- For thou wilt light my candle:
the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. - But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Lord, all my desire is before thee;
and my groaning is not hid from thee. And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.Next verse!With image
