Chinese (traditional)- If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.
- For the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died. And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.
- You shall not murder; You shall not commit adultery; You shall not steal; You shall not bear false witness; Honor your father and mother; also, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
- Rend your hearts and not your clothing.
Return to the Lord, your God,
for he is gracious and merciful,
slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love,
and relents from punishing. - Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory,
for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness. - For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that counts is faith working through love.
- Praise the Lord!
Happy are those who fear the Lord,
who greatly delight in his commandments. - For not by their own sword did they win the land,
nor did their own arm give them victory;
but your right hand, and your arm,
and the light of your countenance,
for you delighted in them. - And ‘to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the strength,’ and ‘to love one's neighbor as oneself,’—this is much more important than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- Shun youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
- And steadfast love belongs to you, O Lord.
For you repay to all
according to their work.
Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
