- God is our refuge and our strength,

may your kindness and your truth keep me safe forever. - O Lord, hear my prayer,
incline your ear to my supplications.
In your faithfulness respond to me
with your righteousness. - With his feathers he will shelter you,
and you will take refuge under his wings;
his faithfulness serves as a protective shield.
