Chinese (traditional)- He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
- Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.
- For who is God save the Lord?
or who is a rock save our God? - O come, let us worship and bow down:
let us kneel before the Lord our maker. - For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
- For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God? - For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
- But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
- And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
- Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
- Preserve me, O God:
for in thee do I put my trust. - For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
- Therefore I will look unto the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation:
my God will hear me. - Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.
- Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
- And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors. - Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see God. - And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
- Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits,
even the God of our salvation. Selah. - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
- In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
- For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
- Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
- Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
My soul, wait thou only upon God;
for my expectation is from him.But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.Next verse!With image
