- Cast your burden on the Lord,
and he will sustain you;
he will never permit
the righteous to be moved. - For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you should follow in his steps.

When shall I come and behold
the face of God? - Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
- Since therefore Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same intention (for whoever has suffered in the flesh has finished with sin).
- Restore us, O Lord God of hosts;
let your face shine, that we may be saved. - And do not bring us to the time of trial,

let all the ends of the earth revere him. - Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also ought to love one another.
- All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.

- In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.
- We love because he first loved us.
- For nothing will be impossible with God.
- By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
- Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us.
- Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is love.
