Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'God gives israel'
- This is what the Lord says to Israel: “Seek me and live.”
- The unfolding of your words gives light;
it gives understanding to the simple. - But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- “Now then,” said Joshua, “throw away the foreign gods that are among you and yield your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.”
- He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak. - Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
- Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
- If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
- For the Lord gives wisdom;
from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. - ‘Return, faithless Israel,’ declares the Lord,
‘I will frown on you no longer,
for I am faithful,’ declares the Lord,
‘I will not be angry forever.’ - Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil—this is a gift of God.
- For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
- But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me
one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times. - I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
- May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had.
- And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to observe the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?
- Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
- Keep his decrees and commands, which I am giving you today, so that it may go well with you and your children after you and that you may live long in the land the Lord your God gives you for all time.
- The Lord gives strength to his people;
the Lord blesses his people with peace. - Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers,
and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord. - Fools give full vent to their rage,
but the wise bring calm in the end. - All day long he craves for more,
but the righteous give without sparing. - God sets the lonely in families,
he leads out the prisoners with singing;
but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land. - A gift opens the way
and ushers the giver into the presence of the great. - The Lord gives sight to the blind,
the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down,
the Lord loves the righteous.
Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.Next verse!With image
