- I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
- The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He leads me beside still waters. - Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. and so the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you,
as you have said. - A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches,
and favor is better than silver or gold. - Of how much more value is a man than a sheep! So it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.

for you are my God!
Let your good Spirit lead me
on level ground! - Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down,
but a good word makes him glad. - To make an apt answer is a joy to a man,
