Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, “Father, ‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’ ” Having said this, He breathed His last.
The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress.As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him; He is excellent in power, In judgment and abundant justice; He does not oppress.
Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer.So we fasted and entreated our God for this, and He answered our prayer.

Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry.
But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. My son, do not despise the Lord’s discipline, and do not resent his rebuke, because the Lord disciplines those he loves, as a father the son he delights in.My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor detest His correction; For whom the Lord loves He corrects, Just as a father the son in whom he delights.
May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, And fulfill all your purpose.
The Lord watches over the foreigner and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.The Lord watches over the strangers; He relieves the fatherless and widow; But the way of the wicked He turns upside down.
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory.For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation.
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever.And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.
I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth.For I know that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth.
Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
After Job had prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.Every word of God is pure; He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.

Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.
