- You shall not make gods of silver to be with me, nor shall you make for yourselves gods of gold.
- And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
- And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
- If you turn at my reproof,
behold, I will pour out my spirit to you;
I will make my words known to you. - Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name;
make known his deeds among the peoples! - Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”
- Make me to know your ways, O Lord;
teach me your paths. - Make your face shine on your servant;
save me in your steadfast love! - In peace I will both lie down and sleep;
for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. - Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
cease to do evil. - But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
- And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you.
- Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”
- Great peace have those who love your law;
nothing can make them stumble. - To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
- And I will make them and the places all around my hill a blessing, and I will send down the showers in their season; they shall be showers of blessing.
- And you will say in that day:
“Give thanks to the Lord,
call upon his name,
make known his deeds among the peoples,
proclaim that his name is exalted.” - So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
- I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.
- Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
- Where shall I go from your Spirit?
Or where shall I flee from your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, you are there!
If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! - The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. - Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
- Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all.
- To make an apt answer is a joy to a man,
and a word in season, how good it is!
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers.
