- And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. - The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
- And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
- Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
- He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

- The law of the Lord is perfect,
converting the soul:
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple. - As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
- Many are the afflictions of the righteous:
but the Lord delivereth him out of them all. - The way of the Lord is strength to the upright:
but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
- In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.
- Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
By humility and the fear of the Lord
are riches, and honour, and life.But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
