- For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
he will save us. - And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors. - And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us:
and establish thou the work of our hands upon us;
yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. - Give us this day our daily bread.
- The Lord our God be with us, as he was with our fathers: let him not leave us, nor forsake us.
- So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.
- So teach us to number our days,
that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. - Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
for thy name's sake. - Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- But he was wounded for our transgressions,
he was bruised for our iniquities:
the chastisement of our peace was upon him;
and with his stripes we are healed. - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
- Surely he hath borne our griefs,
and carried our sorrows:
yet we did esteem him stricken,
smitten of God, and afflicted. - God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - But our God is in the heavens:
he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. - Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits,
even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
- For who is God save the Lord?
or who is a rock save our God? - For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God? - Let us search and try our ways,
and turn again to the Lord. - Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- O come, let us worship and bow down:
let us kneel before the Lord our maker. - The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
- The grass withereth, the flower fadeth:
but the word of our God shall stand for ever. - And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.Next verse!With image
