- On God rests my salvation and my glory;
my mighty rock, my refuge is God. - For God alone my soul waits in silence;

and his righteousness to children's children,

seek his presence continually! - For he satisfies the longing soul,

Let your glory be over all the earth! - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
all those who practice it have a good understanding.
His praise endures forever! - Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord,
who greatly delights in his commandments! - It is well with the man who deals generously and lends;
who conducts his affairs with justice. - For the righteous will never be moved;
he will be remembered forever.
