For the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth. | For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. |

Open your mouth, judge righteously, And defend the rights of the poor and needy. | Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice. |
Honor the Lord from your wealth, And from the first of all your produce. | Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. |
For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building. | For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building. |
Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choice of you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you. | So, dear brothers and sisters, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen. Do these things, and you will never fall away. Then God will give you a grand entrance into the eternal Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. |
