Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about Trust
- Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths. - Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit. - Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.
- Commit your works to the Lord,
And your thoughts will be established. - When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
Nor shall the flame scorch you. - Cause me to hear Your lovingkindness in the morning,
For in You do I trust;
Cause me to know the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You. - Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
- He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.” - For we walk by faith, not by sight.
- In God is my salvation and my glory;
The rock of my strength,
And my refuge, is in God. - But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
- He will not allow your foot to be moved;
He who keeps you will not slumber. - The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth. - Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
- So we may boldly say:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” - The fear of man brings a snare,
But whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe. - Commit your way to the Lord,
Trust also in Him,
And He shall bring it to pass.
He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light,
And your justice as the noonday. - He who heeds the word wisely will find good,
And whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he. - And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
- Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You. - Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
- Wait on the Lord;
Be of good courage,
And He shall strengthen your heart;
Wait, I say, on the Lord! - The Lord is good,
A stronghold in the day of trouble;
And He knows those who trust in Him. - Trust in the Lord, and do good;
Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. - And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
Oh, how great is Your goodness,
Which You have laid up for those who fear You,
Which You have prepared for those who trust in You
In the presence of the sons of men!Again, I saw that for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind.
