Chinese (traditional)Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love,
for in you I trust.
Make me know the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul. And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Trust in the Lord, and do good;
dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness. And we are witnesses to these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him. Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.” The fear of man lays a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. Who has performed and done this,
calling the generations from the beginning?
I, the Lord, the first,
and with the last; I am he. The memory of the righteous is a blessing,
but the name of the wicked will rot. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” Better is the little that the righteous has
than the abundance of many wicked.
For the arms of the wicked shall be broken,
but the Lord upholds the righteous. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes. Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you,
and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you.
For the Lord is a God of justice;
blessed are all those who wait for him. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me;
your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever.
Do not forsake the work of your hands. The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace. For I, the Lord your God,
hold your right hand;
it is I who say to you, “Fear not,
I am the one who helps you.” How much better to get wisdom than gold!
To get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver. God shall bless us;
let all the ends of the earth fear him! This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. What then? Are we to sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means! For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable,
but the mouth of the wicked, what is perverse. And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. I have chosen the way of faithfulness;
I set your rules before me. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. A dishonest man spreads strife,
and a whisperer separates close friends. He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? But they who wait for the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.Next verse!With image
