- For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

A most vehement flame. - But take careful heed to do the commandment and the law which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways, to keep His commandments, to hold fast to Him, and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God.
- Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You. - Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

My heart will rejoice—indeed, I myself. - Teach me Your way, O Lord;
I will walk in Your truth;
Unite my heart to fear Your name. - “Now, therefore,” says the Lord,
“Turn to Me with all your heart,
With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” - Incline my heart to Your testimonies,
And not to covetousness. - Though an army may encamp against me,
My heart shall not fear;
Though war may rise against me,
In this I will be confident. - I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will tell of all Your marvelous works. - So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?”
- You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
- Behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth. And you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one thing has failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spoke concerning you. All have come to pass for you; not one word of them has failed.
- He only is my rock and my salvation;
He is my defense;
