- In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You. - He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.
- But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).
- And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
- In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
