Chinese (traditional)- Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
- But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
- When I fed them, they were satisfied;
when they were satisfied, they became proud;
then they forgot me. - If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.
- These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
- This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing.
- Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”
And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” - Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.
- This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
- Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
- Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
- But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.
- Sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
- Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
- Be sure to keep the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you.
- Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever. - Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
- For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
- And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.
- Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
- But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
- And if we are careful to obey all this law before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, that will be our righteousness.
- Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
- Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.”
- Blessed are you when people hate you,
when they exclude you and insult you
and reject your name as evil,
because of the Son of Man.
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision has any value. The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart. Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.Next verse!With image
