but whoever pursues wicked ways will be found out. - And when he had been made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him.
- One who forgives a misdeed fosters friendship,
but he who divulges it separates good friends. - The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. - I am the gate.
Anyone who enters through me
will be saved.
He will go in and out
and will find pasture. - I will place my rainbow in the clouds and it will be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

- We have sinned and done what is wrong, we have acted wickedly and rebelled, we have rejected your commandments and your laws.
- Indeed, under the Law almost everything is purified by blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
- Enriched in every way, you will be able to practice all your acts of generosity, which, through our intervention, will result in thanksgiving to God.
- God’s love was revealed to us in this way:
God sent his only-begotten Son into the world
so that we might have life through him. - Then he sat down, summoned the Twelve, and said to them, “If anyone wishes to be first, he must become the last of all and the servant of all.”
- Do the things that you have learned, received, and heard from me and that you saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.
- Remember this: if you sow sparingly, you will reap sparingly, and if you sow generously, you will reap generously as well.
- Go and learn what this text means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ I have come to call not the righteous but sinners.
- Yet even so, because of your great compassion,
you did not completely destroy them,
nor did you forsake them,
for you are a gracious and merciful God. - If you confess with your lips, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
