Bible Verses about 'Choose this day whom you will serve'

- So I say to you, Ask, and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.
- This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it. - But the one who did not know and did what deserved a beating will receive a light beating. From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and from the one to whom much has been entrusted, even more will be demanded.
- For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become slaves to one another.
- When you search for me, you will find me; if you seek me with all your heart.
- You who live in the shelter of the Most High,
who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,
will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.” - Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace among those whom he favors! - And you will say in that day:
Give thanks to the Lord,
call on his name;
make known his deeds among the nations;
proclaim that his name is exalted.
