- Behold, God is my helper;
The Lord is with those who uphold my life. - So we may boldly say:
“The Lord is my helper;
I will not fear.
What can man do to me?” - In God is my salvation and my glory;
The rock of my strength,
And my refuge, is in God. - The Lord God is my strength;
He will make my feet like deer’s feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills. - And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
- But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
- And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.
- Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.
- He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
- My flesh and my heart fail;
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. - But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

He does whatever He pleases. - God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble. - Now a mediator does not mediate for one only, but God is one.
- He only is my rock and my salvation;
He is my defense;
I shall not be moved. - I will love You, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;
My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - Because I delivered the poor who cried out,
The fatherless and the one who had no helper.
The blessing of a perishing man came upon me,
And I caused the widow’s heart to sing for joy. - He only is my rock and my salvation;
He is my defense;
I shall not be greatly moved. - God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.
- “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“Therefore I hope in Him!” - Every word of God is pure;
He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him. - And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
- What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.
- If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
- This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
- For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
The people He has chosen as His own inheritance. - Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
- By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
- God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
Whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the strength of my life;
Of whom shall I be afraid? - This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
- I delight to do Your will, O my God,
And Your law is within my heart. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped;
Therefore my heart greatly rejoices,
And with my song I will praise Him. - My soul, wait silently for God alone,
For my expectation is from Him. - For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
- For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn His face from you if you return to Him.
- Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
- And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
- He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.” - My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When shall I come and appear before God? - For You will light my lamp;
The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. - For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.
- O God, You are my God;
Early will I seek You;
My soul thirsts for You;
My flesh longs for You
In a dry and thirsty land
Where there is no water. - For who is God, except the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
- Truly my soul silently waits for God;
From Him comes my salvation. - Therefore I will look to the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation;
My God will hear me.
